Woofun AI reports that NoOnes has abruptly shifted to withdrawal-only mode, contradicting earlier assurances that an EU sanctions listing targeted a separate entity rather than the platform itself. This operational reversal stems from the firm's inability to resolve or remove the sanctions affecting its infrastructure.
The deeper driver is the cascading loss of essential partners, which accelerated as blockchain-monitoring providers classified NoOnes-related wallets and transactions as high risk.
Structurally, these external classifications forced a rapid wind-down, isolating the platform from critical service providers.
Per Woofun AI, the platform served more than 2.5 million users over more than three years before this crisis. Accounts previously on hold are now being moved to banned status, a change that blocks trading but permits users to sign in and withdraw available funds once the status update is completed.
Accounts already on hold cannot withdraw immediately, creating a bottleneck for fund retrieval. The company has not said when withdrawal-only access will end, leaving users facing indefinite delays in accessing their capital.
