Woofun AI reports that the dYdX team has deployed Arcus on Robinhood Chain, a decentralized exchange converting perpetual futures into transferable ERC-20 tokens while permitting tokenized stocks as collateral for leveraged trading.
The protocol introduced pBTC3x and pHOOD3x, providing 3x exposure to Bitcoin and the HOOD stock token, respectively, as detailed in a Tuesday press release shared publicly.
Structurally, the multi-collateral mechanism initially accepts SPY, QQQ, and MAG7 Stock Tokens, each assigned a 50% loan-to-value ratio to facilitate equity-backed perpetual positions.
Per Woofun AI, Arcus CEO Eddie Zhang framed the launch as a shift toward native blockchain infrastructure for strategies previously confined to leveraged ETFs. Financially, the platform has generated over $250 million in trading volume since launching on Robinhood Chain, with average daily volume surpassing $33 million, contributing to Robinhood Chain's $596 million total value locked.
Robinhood Chain now ranks among the top 15 chains by DeFi TVL, signaling rapid adoption of hybrid equity-derivative models. This expansion marks a critical integration of traditional asset structures into decentralized finance ecosystems.
